Express Shipping to New Zealand 6-10 business days (excluding weekends, national/public holidays)  * Anywhere in New Zealand - $15

Express Delivery to Rest of the World  is $30 AUD (7-10 business days (excluding weekends, national/public holidays)

Your orders are important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Postage for all the clearance/special priced items will be extra as below:

* Anywhere in Australia - $9

* Express - $14.

100% of orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekends are dispatched on Mondays (following day on public holiday). 

We are partnered with third-party courier companies in Australia to deliver all goods via Track and Trace. Items will normally be delivered during working hours only. 

The delivery timeframes are usually 2-4 working days, however, it can take up to 6 working days for rural or out of the way areas.

We ship to over 100 countries. International delivery between 3-10 working days. Certain situations are out of our control, deliveries may take longer than usual timeframe.  International delivery charges vary from country to country, for certain countries

For oversize parcels, above 1 Kilogram or so, the cost of postage/shipping will be higher than the mentioned price. Every 100 grams added will cost $3 extra.

All Parcels are by default non signature deliveries, for  signature required deliveries extra $5 will be charged and it will be on special/pro active requests.

Note: The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. 

Should the customer change their mind due to wrong order placed or for other unavoidable reasons, transaction charges will be deducted at the time of refund. Usually, it is 2.7% to 3.5% when paid by Visa or mastercard and 12% when payment made by AFTERPAY

We can change the delivery address if the order is not shipped.

Once order is shipped we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier company.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees cover the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason. 

For any authority to leave (ATL) and (or) non-signature required delivery , in case any, meaning you have agreed that our courier companies will not be liable for any damages or losses to a package left in accordance with the instructions provided.
